Description of Action

Last year, Dania Beach contracted with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to provide Fire/Rescue services to the City.  Discussions were held at that time to plan for transition of Dania Beach to the BSO-Fire Inspection Fee rates for the annual Fire Inspeciton billings that are to be issued in July, 2013.  The attached Ordinance reflects current Fire Inspection fees utilized by BSO-Fire for their annual inspection services.
